Mr. Oliver Wayne Himbert, 77, a resident of Fayetteville, Ga. passed away on June 20, 2016.
He was born on August 25, 1938 to the late Oliver James Himbert Jr. and Mildred Elizabeth Voorhees Himbert in New Orleans, La. He grew up there and was definitely a “Crazy New Orleans Originalî.” He was also an avid Saints fan.
He was co-operator and co-owner of Bob Himbert Parking, Inc. in New Orleans for many years.
Wayne was a loving father, brother, uncle, and friend to many and he will be dearly missed by them. We will always love you.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Joanna D. Himbert.
Wayne is survived by his daughter, Carla E. Himbert; brother, Jacques J. Himbert; and sister, Amiee Himbert Hales; and his former wife, Kathleen R. Himbert; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Mass will be held for him at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Peachtree City, Ga. on Sunday, August 28, 2016 at 4:30 p.m.
