We only hear of him or from him at election time. On a regular basis he can be found at the Georgia Capitol building schmoozing.
Governor Nathan Deal has the right to appointment anyone, but appointing Westmoreland will only add to Deal’s disappointing eight years and would add to the outlook of disappointing Republican politics. It is business as usual.
