Mcintosh and Starr’s Mill High School just completed their GAPP (German American Partnership Program) requirements for this year, according to a spokesperson.
Both schools welcomed 21 German students to live and go to school with their American partners for three weeks. “It was a great success,” an official said.
This summer the McIntosh and Starr’s Mill students will travel to Hofheim, Germany, and live with their exchange partners for three weeks.
Kevin Keough, who teaches German at McIntosh, was in charge of the program that McIntosh has participated in for 20 years.
