A recent proposal could lead to Fayetteville having another medical office building. Rather than on Ga. Highway 54 West, the 9,000 sq. ft. building would be located on the 700-block of South Glynn Street, south of Courthouse Square.
The Fayetteville Planning and Zoning Commission on March 22 heard a non-voting staff report outlining the proposal that would establish a one-story, 9,072 sq. ft. medical office building at 730 South Glynn Street.
The medical office building will house a Piedmont Healthcare office and would be situated on 1.3 acres and include 45 parking spaces.
The property is situated between South Glynn Street on the west and Greenville Street to the east.
A formal request by South-Tree Enterprises is expected at the April meeting of the commission.
