Henry Edward Wilmont (Hank) age 80, passed away February 12th 2016 at his home if Fayetteville, Ga. His body was cremated, as he wished, through the Cremation Society of Georgia, Inc.
Hank retired from Delta Air Lines, Inc. in 1993 after 37 year career, most of which was in Flight Control Department as a Supervisor. He was a caring Father and a loyal friend to many. He was a devout Christian, well known for his interest in and charitable contributions to organizations assisting persons with physical, moral and spiritual needs.
He was preceded in death by Elaine Wilmont, his wife of over 40 years. Survivors include sons; Kenny, Curtis, Jeff & Dan Wilmont, Marcus Willis & Stepson Chris Baird. Grandkids; Kenny’ JR, Brittany, Candice, Gabriella, Kelley, Wes & Josh. Great Grandkids; Nathaniel, Riley, Mady, Bo, Calin & Amber.
There will be a graveside service May 7th 2016 at 11 a.m. at Gray Hill Cemetery, Commerce, Georgia. Family & Friends will meet at “Ivie Funeral Home” 1053 South Elm Street, Commerce, Georgia 30529. (706.335.3178) prior to the service.
Officiating Minister is Brent Anderson, Pastor of: Senoia Vineyard Community Church, 2450 Hwy 85 Senoia, Georgia 30276.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations can be made to the church and or the “American Cancer Society”
Following the graveside service, we will meet at Cracker Barrel.
