A Jan. 21 request to annex 38 acres on Stallings Road into Senoia met with no objections from the Coweta County Commission.
The annexation request by Donald Neill would have 38.24 acres on Stallings Road north of Senoia annexed into the city. The proposal calls for 32 residential lots in a Conservation Subdivision with an R-40 zoning.
The property is divided into two parcels situated on either side of Stallings Road.
If approved by the Senoia City Council, the site would be served by city water and sewer. Lots will require a 50-foot vegetative buffer along city and county property lines.
City Manager Richard Ferry said the annexation process is expected to begin sometime in the spring.
