All-region cheerleaders named

The Georgia Cheerleading Coaches Association has named its All-Region team for 4-AAAAA coed cheerleading.

Eight athletes from the McIntosh varsity team are among those named to the All-Region squad:

Megan Deitrick

Tyler Hicks

Bailey Manson

Diana Mateos

Maisy Mustic

Ross Robertson

Megan Schwinne

Steve York

McIntosh finished the season as AAAAA state runner-up.

The team is coached by Shannon Bednarowski and Mia Kendrick.
