Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Peachtree City will host its annual Chili Supper on Thanksgiving Eve, Nov. 25, at 6 p.m. at the church.
Members will provide a wide variety of chili creations, from mild to flaming hot.
Prizes will be awarded in several categories to chili chefs.
All will enjoy home-made desserts before moving to the sanctuary for worship at 7 p.m.
Retired pastor Fred Wiese, father of COS pastor Fritz Wiese, will be the guest preacher.
The service will feature music by special guests. The public is invited. There is no charge, but supper reservations are recommended to guarantee adequate seating. For reservations, call 770-487-8717.
