These boots were made for walking, and “Giving Cancer the Boot.” Very soon you may find these boots in your yard.

As a community project to benefit the American Cancer Society’s Cattle Barons’ Ball, these boots will be making appearances in lawns around Fayette County. Neighbors can have them removed or send them to a friend’s yard.

All donations will be collected by Beta Club students, thereby involving the next generation and teaching them about giving back.

For more information about the Ball, scheduled for Nov. 7 at Zac Brown’s Southern Ground Warehouse, visit www.baronsball.org.
