Chris Carley has earned the highest advancement award from the Boy Scouts of America – the Eagle Scout Award.

He is a member of BSA Troop 211 sponsored by the Peachtree City Presbyterian Church, with Jean-Paul Robichaux as Scoutmaster.

He is currently a freshman at Fayette County High School, a member of the football team, as well as a member of the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church. For his Eagle Project, Chris and his group of volunteers, both scouts and friends, made improvements to the Stonebriar Neighborhood by pressure washing the 72 street signs in the community.

He also joins uncles Dale Carley and Frank Powell as well as cousins Brian Carley and Ricky Powell in this distinguished honor.
