Officials in Peachtree City are alerting motorists about an upcoming project that will affect traffic in the area.
Construction of the Continuous Green-T intersection at The Overlook commercial area (intersection of Hwy. 54 at Line Creek Drive) is expected to begin the week of Aug. 17 and continue through February 2016.
Construction will be limited to the hours of 9 a.m.–4 p.m. weekdays (outside the high traffic times), but drivers in the corridor can expect additional delays during the construction periods. Please drive with caution when workers are present.
When completed, the Green-T will allow one lane of westbound traffic to flow continuously.
