A U-Haul Self Storage facility is planned for a 117,400-square-foot industrial building in Peachtree City that was recently sold for $5.2 million.
According to a statement from Group VI Real Estate, which represented property seller American Equity in the transaction, the $44.38 square-foot price is the highest for an industrial building in Peachtree City in more than 10 years.
Amerco Real Estate Company, the real estate arm of U-Haul’s parent company, Amerco, purchased the property at 375 and 385 Highway 74.
