Griffin Choral Arts, under the direction of Dr. Stephen J. Mulder, will have auditions for its upcoming ninth season Aug. 3-4, 5-7 p.m. in the choir room of Griffin First United Methodist Church, 1401 Maple Drive.
Auditions are brief (less than 10 minutes) and include singing a familiar song (e.g., “My Country ‘Tis of Thee”), tonal memory exercises, sight reading, and vocal exercises to determine best range.
If you are unable to audition at the scheduled times, you are encouraged to schedule an alternate time. Call 1-888-SING1-88 for more information.
Rehearsals for the 2015–2016 season will be held in the same location 7-9:30 p.m. Monday evenings.
