CAES students awarded scholarships

Two local students have been selected to receive scholarships from the University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences.

Bethany Thomas of Fayetteville, studying biological sciences, has been selected to receive the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences Tollerson-Goodman Scholarship for the 2015-2016 school year. The Tollerson-Goodman Scholarship is awarded to a student enrolled in CAES and attending the University of Georgia Griffin campus. Bethany is the daughter of Greg and Angela Thomas of Fayetteville.

Kelly Scheulin of Peachtree City, studying animal biology, has been selected to receive the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences E.G. Dawson Scholarship for the 2015-2016 school year. The E.G. Dawson Scholarship is awarded to a student enrolled in CAES. Kelly is the daughter of Eric and Margaret Sheulin of Peachtree City.
