A 19-year-old north Fayette County man has been charged with child molestation in a May 18 incident involving a 15-year-old girl with whom he had consensual sexual relations.
Jalil A. Amin was charged with child molestation, according to Fayette County Jail records.
Babb said Amin and the 15-year-old girl knew each other and left in Amin’s vehicle in the early morning hours of May 18.
Sexual contact was made and it was consensual, Babb said.
The 15-year-old also lives in north Fayette County, said Babb.
