On Sunday, Feb. 28, parishioners at All Saints Anglican Church held a reception for their rector, the Rev. Michael Fry, celebrating his 20th year being ordained to the priesthood. The entire parish hall was decorated with pictures and memorabilia of his life and ministry.
Fry received his master of divinity degree in 1994 from Trinity Episcopal School for Ministry (Ambridge, Pa.), his master of arts in theology from Oxford University (St. Stephen’s House) in Oxford, England, in 1992, and his bachelor of arts with distinction in economics and philosophy from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Mich. in 1984. Fry is the first priest to serve as rector since All Saints was formed in 2007.
