Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Peachtree City will offer Financial Peace University on Tuesday evenings from 6-8 p.m. at the church, beginning Feb. 24. The class materials cost $99, but financial aid will enable some families to participate.
Rick Wampler (rrwampler@gmail.com) and Harold Denton will lead the course at COS. Both are FPU “alumni.”
More than 1.5 million families and individuals have completed FPU, which makes use of print and video materials by Dave Ramsey.
Ramsey experienced personal financial ruin some years ago, and he turned to the Bible to find a way out.
According to Wampler, “Whether you are struggling to make ends meet or you’re a millionaire, FPU has something for you.”
The average family completing the course experiences significant financial improvement, with added benefits of relief and peace of mind.
