After a year long engagement, Mr. and Mrs. Greg Rollings of Peachtree City, Ga. are excited to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Lauren MacKenzie Rollings, to Jay Patrick Duhon, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mel Duhon of Peachtree City, Ga.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. Lloyd Adams and Ms. Donna Collins of Portland, Ore. and Mr. and Mrs. Ron Rollings of Salem, Ore.
Lauren is a 2010 graduate of McIntosh High School and a 2014 graduate of the University of Alabama where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
The groom to be is the grandson of Ms. Carmen Flippen and the late Robert Flippen of Peachtree City, Ga. and his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Gomez and the late Melvin Duhon of Metairie, La.
Jay is a 2009 graduate of McIntosh High School. After his graduation he began working as a firefighter, and then completed EMT school. He is now working full time as a Firefighter / EMT in Hapeville, Ga. and part time as an EMT with American Medical Response (AMR) in Coweta County.
After a honeymoon in Negril, Jamaica, the newlyweds will reside in Senoia, Ga.
The outdoor wedding will take place May 1, 2015 in Douglasville, Ga.
