Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Peterson of Fayetteville, Ga. and Mr. and Mrs. John Larsh of Black Mountain, N.C. are delighted to announce the engagement of their daughter, Katherine Anne Larsh to Erik Ryan Bassler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steven Bassler of Homosassa Springs, Fla.
The bride-to-be is a 2009 graduate of Starr’s Mill High School and a 2013 graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. She is starting the Accelerated Masters of Nursing Pathway program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in January of 2015.
The groom-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Perry High School, Perry, Ga., and a 2004 graduate of Berry College with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology. He is a Sergeant with the Rome, Georgia Fire Department.
The wedding will take place in Monroe, Ga., December 27, 2014. After their honeymoon, the couple will reside in Birmingham, Ala.
