Potluck dinner is tonight at All Saints
All Saints Anglican Church will have a Feast of St. Nicholas potluck dinner tonight, Dec. 10, at 6:30 p.m. and will host Advent Lessons and Carols on Dec. 21 at 10:30 a.m. The church invites the community to visit its new location, 149 Ebenezer Rd, Fayetteville. Advent service scheduled tonight
Word of God Lutheran Church in Peachtree City will haves its weekly Advent service tonight,Wednesday, Dec. 10.  A soup supper begins at 6:30 p.m. followed by a table talk devotion. The final Advent service is scheduled for Dec. 17 and will be held in the church sanctuary at 303 Kelly Dr., Suite 10, Peachtree City.

Nativity Festival set for this weekend
The LDS Church will host the Festival of the Nativity Friday and Saturday, Dec. 12 and 13 from 6-9 p.m. (both days) with a Senior Tour planned for Saturday from 1-3 p.m.  The event will feature displays of nativity scenes. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is at 101 South Peachtree Parkway,  Peachtree City.

Wind ensemble to present concert
St. Paul Lutheran Church, 700 Ardenlee Parkway, Peachtree City, will host a concert, “Music to Celebrate Christmas,” presented by The Peachtree Wind Ensemble, Saturday, Dec. 13, at 3 p.m. Admission is free. PTCUMC to present Festival of Carols
“What Sweeter Music: A Festival of Carols” will be presented Sunday, Dec. 14 at both the 9:30 and 11 a.m. worship services at Peachtree City United Methodist Church. The chancel choir and orchestra will sing through a number of well-known carols.The church is at 225 Robinson Rd., Peachtree City. For more information, call 770-487-6499.

NHBC concert set for this Sunday
National Heights Baptist Church will present “Canticles in Candlelight” on Sunday, Dec. 14, at 7 p.m. The program will be presented by the church’s Adult Choir and Friends, and includes the congregation singing traditional Christmas carols with the choir. National Heights is at 103 Old Norton Rd., Fayetteville.

MRBC children’s choir to perform Sunday
The Children’s Choir  at McDonough Road Baptist Church in Fayetteville will present “The Light Has Come” on Sunday, Dec. 14, at 6 p.m. The message and the music will help worshippers get focused on the meaning of Christmas. Olivet plans special service this Sunday
Olivet Church will celebrate the first year of its  three   year capital stewardship campaign with a “Let Us Rise Up and Build — Recommitment Sunday”service this Sunday, Dec. 14, at 10 a.m. at Sams Auditorium, 205 LaFayette Ave., Fayetteville. There will only be one service this Sunday. The Olivet Church is in the heart of North Fayetteville, 877 Ga. Highway 314 North, where the Rev Dr. William Holmes Robinson is the servant/pastor/teacher.

Dec. 21 is special Sunday at SCHOC
St. Christopher Hellenic (Greek) Orthodox Church located at 313 Dividend Drive in Peachtree City welcomes everyone to its Nativity Services. Sunday, Dec. 21 is “Fill the Pew Sunday.” All families, friends and guests are welcome to worship. Orthros is from 7:45 a.m. – 9: a.m.; Divine Liturgy  9  am – 10:15 a.m.; Christmas Program and luncheon, 10:15 a.m. – noon. Christmas Caroling to Shut-In Families, 12:30 – 2 p.m. Everyone is invited to join in.
