Two injured in Hwy. 74 collision

A motorcyclist and a pedestrian were life-flighted Oct. 15 after an Indiana man was struck while in the roadway on Ga. Highway 74 North in Peachtree City. Peachtree City Police Dept. spokesperson Odilia Bergh said Fairburn resident Diego Castillas, II, was traveling northbound on his motorcycle at approximately 8 p.m. when he struck 52-year-old Phillip L. Huber, of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Bergh said Huber was in the roadway. Huber was crossing the roadway after having left a restaurant and was returning to the Hampton Inn where he was staying, Bergh said. Bergh said both men were life-flighted to area hospitals.

Both men were listed in stable condition on Thursday, said Bergh.–>
