0A north Fayette County man was arrested May 9 on one count of child molestation involving a family member.
Silvino Gorgonio-Hernandez, 36, was charged with one count of child molestation, according to Sheriff Barry Babb.
Babb said the victim, a female under age 16, complained to her mother about the incident.
Babb said the sheriff’s office was contacted and found sufficient evidence at the scene to charge Gorgonio-Hernandez.
