0Bill and Kim Ruple are happy to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of our son Michael Steven Ruple to Charlene Elaine Thrower, daughter of Besty Shaw Bolton and Keith Bolton.
Charlene graduated from Auburn University, Auburn, Ala. with a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management with a minor in Business. She is currently employed as a Constituent Coordinator at Georgia Emergency Management Agency (GEMA).
Michael graduated from Auburn University with a BA in Political Science. He is a Senior Parole Officer supervising Douglas, Paulding, and Haralson Counties in Georgia.
Michael and Charlene will be married in an outdoor ceremony on Saturday, April 19, 2014 in Sandy Springs, Ga. with reception following the ceremony.
After a honeymoon in Gatlinburg Tenn., the couple will reside in Douglasville, Ga.
