0The flag retirement box outside the ”Log Cabin” in Fayetteville had been the collection point for old and worn out American flags for 10 years, but was looking a little old and worn out itself. Willie Dulaney and Joe Bowler, two Legionnaires from Fayette County Post 105 of The American Legion, gave it the long overdue makeover it deserved.
