The Celebration Choir and Orchestra of McDonough Road Baptist Church in Fayetteville will present an Easter musical and drama entitled “Forgiveness Isn’t Easy on Sunday, March 24, at 10:55 a.m. and 6 p.m.
“Research shows that 70 percent of people in our nation struggle with past hurts and the inability to forgive,” said Mark Karki, minister of music and worship. “This musical addresses how God has forgiven us because of the work of Jesus on the cross, and how we need to forgive each other if we’re going to truly find joy in life. Too many people go through life miserable because they hold onto grudges.”
The musical/drama is free and open to the public.
