Members of the Fayette County Tactical Response Team (TNT) on Dec. 3 and 4 made six arrests related to the sale of both illegal and prescription drugs and firearms charges.
Fayette County Sheriff’s spokesman Josh Shelton said TNT agents on Dec. 3 arrested Perry Walker, Christopher Walker, Rashad Green and Christopher Squire on charges of possession of MDMA (Ecstasy), possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Perry Walker was also charged with sale of marijuana, Shelton added. The ages and city of residence of these individuals was not immediately known.
Shelton said TNT agents purchased a quantity of marijuana from the four, finding them in possession of a loaded handgun when the buy-bust occurred at Corinth Road and Ga. Highway 54.
TNT agents on Dec. 3 also arrested Tony Wright (age and address unknown) on Ga. Highway 138 for the sale of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, Shelton said.
And on Dec. 5, TNT agents arrested David Boggs (age and address unknown) at the Fayette Pavilion on charges of selling a quantity of prescription drugs, said Shelton.
