Robert Earl Smith, 61, of Senoia

Mr. Robert Earl “Bobby” Smith, of Senoia, passed away on April 26, 2012 at the age of 61.

Bobby was a loving husband, father and grandfather, who loved motorcycles and music. He was a “self taught” musician and magician. He was very quiet, with a great sense of humor and when he did say something, you could count on it being good.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Sandy Smith; son Michael McElwaney and his wife Michelle of McDonough; daughter Melissa Urlwin and Chad Vickers of Tyrone; grandchildren Cody Urlwin, Ashleigh Key, Mitchell Key; sisters Elizabeth Cowart, Fran Netherland; and brother Virgil Ward, all of Palmetto.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 29, 2012 at 2 p.m. at the Carl J. Mowell and Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville. Interment followed at Senoia City Cemetery. The family received friends on Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
