The town of Senoia will celebrate “Art of Green” on Saturday, April 28 with a sidewalk art show. The fourth annual “Art of Green” is sponsored by the Cultural Arts Committee of the Senoia Downtown Development Authority. The event is located on Main Street in downtown Senoia and will be held from 10 a.m to 5 p.m., rain or shine. The show features artwork made with recycled and natural materials; items locally grown and produced.
Spaces, 10′ x 10′, are available for individual artists and local vendors at $30 per space. Space assignments are made on a first come first served basis. School groups exhibit free with a 10% commission on items sold. Fees and commissions support the events of the Senoia Downtown Development Authority. The deadline for all exhibitor applications is Monday, April 23rd. at 5 p.m.
Artwork must be original and one-of-a-kind. It should consist of or include recycled items or elements from nature (sticks, leaves, stones, clay, etc.). Both 2D and 3D artwork is eligible. Nature photography is also appropriate. No manufactured or buy/sell items are permitted. Other items offered for sale must be from Georgia, homegrown or handmade.
Exhibitors should submit this form along with two samples of their artwork or items for sale. Samples may be submitted either in person or by photo or digital image. These samples will be returned to the submitting artist on the day of the event.
