Drug squad arrests 4 for selling drugs here

Four people have been arrested for three separate incidents involving illegal drug sales to undercover sheriff’s deputies in recent weeks, officials said.

Ryne M. Fulton, 27, of Senoia was arrested Feb. 16 after he exchanged oxycodone pills with an undercover investigator from the Tactical Narcotics Team, sheriff’s officials said. The incident occurred in north Fayette County, and Fulton was also found to be in possession of Xanax pills as well, officials said.

Fulton was charged with selling a schedule 2 narcotic, possession of a schedule 2 narcotic and possession of a schedule 4 narcotic.

In a separate incident Feb. 27 in north Fayette County, Mathew Gates, 26, of Newnan was arrested after he exchanged approximately a quarter-pound of marijuana and Xanax pills to an undercover TNT investigator for approximately $320. Gates was charged with selling marijuana and selling a schedule 4 narcotic.

The final separate incident occurred on Ga. Highway 92 North in north Fayette County when Keith McCullum, 18, and Jerry McCullum, 24, both of Riverdale, sold approximately a quarter-pound of marijuana to an undercover TNT investigator, officials said. After they were arrested, both suspects were found to have cocaine in their possession as well, officials said.

The McCullums were charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Keith McCullum was also charged with selling marijuana.
