Fayetteville First United Methodist Church will host the 22nd annual Christmas Market Place on Saturday, Nov. 5 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. The event will feature more than 70 unique craft vendors along with gently used treasures at the bric-a-brac sale.
Donations may be dropped off at the church until the sale.
Shoppers can scour the marketplace for jewelry, carpentry, stained glass, monogramming, decorative art, smocked dresses, Christmas wreaths and other great treasures.
The United Methodist Women will host the event and all profits support their missions, including Fayette Youth Protection Home, Joseph’s Sams School, and Fayette Samaritans.
“This is a great traditional event for our church and a great way to get motivated to clean out your closets for the bric-a-brac sale,” said Cindy Hall, UMW chair. “It’s an easy way to get a jump on Christmas shopping at our marketplace and you never know what kind of bargain you’ll find.”
Among the many items featured will be jewelry (to include Silpada), wooden writing pens and benches, bird houses and feeders, hand crafted navity sets, wreaths, handmade greeting cards and invitations, embroidery and cross stitch, scentsy wickless candles, American Girl doll clothes, handmade scarves, children’s books, dog clothes and accessories, and Pampered Chief..
