Chabad will host High Holy Days tonight
Chabad of Peachtree City will host High Holy Days this year at the Wyndham Peachtree Conference Center, 2443 Ga. Hwy. 54 West, Peachtree City, starting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday evening, Sept. 28. High Holy Days are free and reservations are currently being accepted by Don Thomas at 770-731-0219 or jdonthomas@comcast.net.

COS announces weekend events
The public is invited to participate in these projects this weekend, all at Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church: Red Cross Blood Drive, Friday, Sept. 30, from 2:30-7 p.m.; flu shot clinic ($25), Saturday, 2-4 p.m.; free Give-and-Take Exchange Market, Saturday, 9-2 p.m.; free paper shredding courtesy of Thrivent for Lutherans, Saturday, drop off 10 a.m. -2 p.m.; free job search workshop, Saturday, 9 -10:30 a.m. A bake sale will generate funds for the DFACS summer lunch program Friday from 2:30-7:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Call 770-487-8717 to schedule a blood donation or request additional information.

Vendors sought for craft fair
Fayetteville First United Methodist Church will host its 22nd annual craft fair and bric-a-brac sale on Saturday, Nov. 5, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.. The Christmas Marketplace offers a variety of talent, with over 70 vendors last year. Crafters who are interested in a booth are asked to contact Carol at 770-330-1572 for vendor information.
