Diane Hardy and Richard Hardy of Peachtree City announce the engagement of their daughter, Whitney, to Jason Zink, son of Robert Zink of Peachtree City and Laurie Prividera of Albany, N.Y.
The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of McIntosh High School and a 2010 graduate of Emory University with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She currently works as an oncology RN and resides in Vinings.
The groom-elect attended McIntosh High School and currently works as a cook at a steakhouse in Buckhead. He also resides in Vinings.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 2, 2011 on the Yellow River outside of Stone Mountain.
The couple will honeymoon in Belize.
