Woods-Snyder wedding

Kaye Michelle Woods and Jonathan Philipp Snyder were married in the Campbell Courtyard at the Wyndham Peachtree, Peachtree City, April 2, 2011. Michael Zajas, of Mesa, Ariz., conducted the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Woods of Peachtree City and the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Byron Woods, of Hapeville, and Margaret Rafferty and the late Armp Rafferty, of Owensboro, Ky.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Eric Snyder, of Parsippany, N.J., and the grandson of Pearl Burnett, of Boynton Beach, Fla., and the late Leonard Kaplan, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and the late Grant and Shirley Snyder of Gaithersburg, Md.

Sisters of the bride, Amy Woods of Fayetteville, and Jill Woods Tew of Pelham, Ala., served as maid of honor and matron of honor, respectively. Lauren Butler, sister of the groom, of Forest Hills, N.Y., served as bride’s matron while Jae Redmond of Peachtree City and Molly Mastin of Atlanta served as bridesmaids. Audrey Butler of Forest Hills, N.Y., niece of the groom, served as flower girl.

Ben Diaz of Gilbert, Ariz., served as best man. The groomsmen were Shawn Zajas of Chandler, Ariz., Jeremy Boswell of Rochester, N.Y., Stan Kang of Bridgewater, N.J., and Richard Snyder, brother of the groom, of New York City. Charles Jackson of Atlanta, nephew of the groom, was ring bearer.

Following the ceremony, a reception dinner was held in the Peachtree Ballroom of the Wyndham Peachtree.

The newlyweds enjoyed a honeymoon trip to Disney World and now make their home in Alpharetta.
