Myrtle Ballard Beckom, 81, of Fayetteville, died May 26, 2011.
Ms. Beckom was a long-time resident of Fayette County.
She is survived by her son James Beckom, Jr. and his wife Anita of Tyrone; grandchildren Tiffany Ferenzey, Victoria Beckom and Tabitha Beckom, all of Fayette County; sisters Hazel Ballard of Newnan, Patricia Sheffield of Fayetteville; brother Jack Ballard and his wife Dene of Hampton; several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 29, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Camp Memorial Park with Pastor Jerry Young officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville.
