Tyrone Police are searching for three masked men who held up the Sonic Drive-in restaurant as the store was closing on Jan. 28. No one was injured in the armed robbery.
Tyrone Police Chief Brandon Perkins said the robbery occurred at closing time at approximately 11:30 p.m. Three masked men wearing hoodies and jeans entered the store from the rear of the property, he said. One of the men was carrying a handgun, Perkins said.
Perkins said an undisclosed amount of cash was taken from the manager along with several personal items from employees. No one was injured during the robbery, Perkins said.
