0Mr. and Mrs. Paul E. Gable III of Fayetteville announce the engagement of their daughter, Meredith Lee Gable, to James Patrick Fleming Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. James P. Fleming of Roswell.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Betty Lee and the Late Willis Lee and Patricia Gable and the late Paul E. Gable Jr., all of Fayetteville, and the great-granddaughter of Minnie Lee Wise, also of Fayetteville. She is a graduate of Auburn University where she earned a bachelor of science degree in human development and family studies. She is currently pursuing her master’s in special education from the University of West Georgia.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James J. Sands of Roswell and the late Mr. and Mrs. John E. Fleming of Towson, Md. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech where he earned a bachelor of science degree in building construction and a minor in leadership from the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets. Currently, he is assistant project manager for Winter Construction in Atlanta.
The wedding is planned for Saturday, May 14, 2011, at Wolf Mountain Winery in Dahlonega. The couple will reside in Alpharetta.
