The East Coweta High School’s popular theatre program (known as ECHOStage—East Coweta High On Stage) will be performing Rodgers and Hammerstein’s popular musical “Cinderella.”
Don’t miss the musical retelling of this magical love story! Performances will be held on Nov. 18, 19 and 20 at 7 p.m. at the Coweta Centre for the Performing and Visual Arts. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for students and senior citizens. Each ticket will have an opportunity to win a Cinderella doll, which will be given away at each performance. This is a wonderful show for the entire family.
Come fall in love again as Cinderella magically transforms on stage and meets her true prince charming.
Additionally, families are invited to attend “A Princess Party” on Saturday, Nov. 20 from 1:30 to 3 p.m., which will also be at the Coweta Center for the Performing and Visual Arts. Ice cream and cake will be served, plus each child will have the opportunity for a “behind the scenes tour” where they will meet cast members, have their make-up done, and participate in a photo shoot at the castle and magical carriage with Cinderella and Prince Charming.
Parents are encouraged to bring their own cameras, and children are welcome to wear their own Cinderella or princess costumes. Make-up and accessories will be provided at the theatre before the photo shoot.
Tickets for the Princess Party are $5 for children and $2 for adults.
Let your own little princess be a star for the afternoon!
