The PTC Civic Association is cosponsoring a 2010 PTC Neighborhood Empowerment Seminar with the community law firm Weissman, Nowack, Curry and Wilco this Saturday, Oct. 2.
The city of Peachtree City is hosting the event from 10 a.m. to noon at City Hall.
The seminar is geared towards helping neighborhoods in the city be more effective maintaining their property values, organizing and communicating with each other and the city, and promoting their collective voice through collaboration with the PTC Civic Association (PTCCA).
The PTCCA currently represents 14 neighborhoods, or approximately 1,700 residents. They are looking to grow that number.
Key speakers in attendance include Jason LaMonaco of Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco P.C., Betsy Tyler, Chief Skip Clark (PTCPD), Mr. Williamson (PTCFD), Tim Maret (Code Enforcement), and members of City Council from Peachtree City.
Presentations will be made by the Peachtree City Civic Association, Weissman, Nowack, Curry and Wilco and the city staff.
Following these presentations will be a question/answer period.
For more information and to sign up via the optional registration, please visit www.ptcca.org.
We hope to see you there.
