Mrs. Lois Virginia Leggett, 79, of Fayetteville, passed away on June 3, 2010.
Mrs. Leggett was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Freeman.
She is survived by her daughters, Patsy Newberry and her husband Otis of Fayetteville, and Linda Brooks and her husband Terry of Tyrone; son, Steve Freeman of Tyrone; grandchildren, Rich, Dawn, Jody, Keith and Leslie; five great-grandchildren; sister, Bobbie Dykes; and brother, Carlton Johnson.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 6, 2010 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville , with Reverend Paul Hood officiating. Burial will follow at Bethany United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
