Join Shari Douglas with Southern Grace Hospice as she brings us back to the beat of music for our health. Discover how the simple act of listening to music can positively impact your overall well-being\, from boosting heart health and reducing stress to enhancing mood and supporting memory function. Explore the science behind music’s therapeutic power and how it can be used as a daily tool for emotional and cognitive wellness.
