Cooking for one or two people can sometimes be a challenge if you’re trying to avoid waste or having endless leftovers. During this tasty cooking demonstration\, you’ll get tips on cooking quick\, healthy and reasonably portioned meals for one or two! Learn practical ideas for meal prep\, freezing leftovers and smart storage ideas with insight on healthy foods along the way.
