DESCRIPTION:Pinkies up and out for this hands-on tea blending class! Tia Adams with Branch and Vine shares her expertise in all things tea. She’ll highlight the variety of teas available while discussing their flavor profiles and origins\, as well as the many health benefits they provide. After learning more about teas\, you’ll have the opportunity to create your own custom herbal tea blends based on your personal preferences and health needs! During class\, you’ll have the opportunity to steep the blends\, try them and make larger portions to take home. Tia will also share ideas for how to create meaningful tea experiences at home for relaxation and meditation. Create 2 bags (each bag is approximately 8-10 servings) to take home to use for yourself or give as a unique and personal Christmas gift! This program is $20 and includes materials.
