Rivers Alive clean up

October 14, 2017 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Rivers Alive clean up is today from 9 a.m. to noon at The Ridge in Fayetteville. This is your opportunity to help protect one of our most precious resources. Help us clean up Gingercake and Whitewater Creeks’ trails, shores and waters. Please meet at “the Porch” at 9 a.m to register. Participants under the age of 18 and NOT active 4-H’ers must be accompanied by an adult.

Volunteers must complete a liability form (available at http://ugaextension.org/county-offices/fayette/4-h-youth-development.html) prior to participation. Don’t forget to bring/wear appropriate clothing, shoes/boots, work gloves and bring water bottles. Bring signed waiver or arrive several minutes early to complete one. Volunteer T-shirt will be presented while supplies last. Additional information can be found at the Fayette County Extension/4-H website above or call 770-305-5412 and asking for Mike De Lisle.
