Ada Louise Johnson, 97, of Fayetteville, passed away September 8, 2015.

She was born March 29, 1918 to Mattie Mullins and Clyde Crain.

Louise was preceded in death by her husband William Boyd Johnson and brothers Earl Crain and Harold Crain.

She is survived by her three sons Billy B. (Ruth Anne) Johnson of Fayetteville, Ga., Bobby G. (Jeannine) Johnson of Houston, Texas, and Tommy J. (Kathy) Johnson of Shreveport, La.; brother Kenneth Crain of Monticello, Ariz.; 6 grandsons Gary Paul (Laura) Johnson of Fayetteville, Ga., Stewart Johnson of Jackson Hole, Wyo., Jordan (Meagan) Johnson of New Orleans, La., Trevor (Ashleigh) Johnson of Dallas, Texas, Ballard Johnson (Fiance Raine Rafferty) of Houston, Texas, Spenser Johnson of Shreveport, La.; 3 granddaughters Bonnie Johnson of New Delhi, India, Emilie Cunningham of Waco, Texas, and Whitney Young of Houston, Texas; six great-grandsons Mathew, Michael, & Thomas Johnson of Fayetteville, Ga., and Truman, Marco, & Conrad Johnson of Waco, Texas; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Friday, September 11, 2015, at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville, with Rev. Jim Battles and Rev. Glenn Stringham officiating. Honorary Pallbearers include Ruben Knowles, Jerry Ray, and Chuck Hawelka. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.

A graveside service will take place in Homer, La., on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 2 p.m., with her six grandsons as Honorary Pallbearers. A visitation will take place at Roseneath Funeral Home from 12 to 2 p.m., prior to the service.
