A little over a year ago President Obama in a move never seen before filled three seats of the NLRB in a recess appointment.
No President in History has ever done anything like this...

Republicans and Conservatives screamed foul and said the move was a blatent violation of the Constitution and the Separations of Powers Act.

The NLRB you will remember stopped Boeing from moving to "Right to Work" South Carolina and told them to build it in Union Rich Washington instead.
Where they got the power to tell a Company where they can build a plant only Obama knows..

Today the Constitution wins one...

In Noel Canning v. NLRB, the U.S. Court of Appeals for D.C. Circuit held today that Obama’s three recess appointments are in fact unconstitutional. As such, the three seats on NLRB were never legally filled. Thus NLRB only had two members, while the law requires three members on the five-member Board in order to have a quorum to conduct business or issue orders.
The D.C. Circuit therefore concluded that all NLRB orders issued since these recess appointments were made are entirely void, and NLRB has no power to act at all unless and until the Senate votes to confirm Obama’s nominees.

...and Obama loses one. It is certainly about time he learns not everyone agrees that he has the power to just go around Congress and do what he wants.

He is the President not a King.
