0The annual Light Up Senoia parade was a hit again this year. Large crowds lined Main Street just before dark on Dec. 4 to watch nearly 50 entries in one of the city’s popular annual events. And there were plenty holiday activities for the whole family before and after the parade.
The real question is not whether these projects create any value, but whether the public costs are being modeled honestly…
