Family night at The Fred is set

Next Friday, bring the kids to an awesome night of music under the stars at The Fred Amphitheater in Peachtree City that your whole family will enjoy.

The night includes performances by the McIntosh High School Chorus, local singer songwriter Paige McCauley, and up and coming new group – Beyond 5.

“When I first heard Beyond 5 perform at a music conference in Nashville, I knew that we had to bring them to Peachtree City,” said Nancy Price, amphitheater manager. “They are extremely talented and could possibly reach ‘One Direction’ popularity.”

Beyond 5 was created through a grueling American Idol-style audition process where over 500 teenagers were strategically whittled down to five ‘powerhouse’ performing artists selected for their singing skills, dancing ability, looks, and personalities. This Nashville-based group shares positive messages through their infectious songs and highly-acclaimed energetic performances, which have received an overwhelming response on a national and international level.

Beyond 5 recently completed an 8-country tour of Asia, performing 27 concerts in 30 days for an estimated 25,000 audience members. Twenty-two flights later, the group returned to American soil to release their first full-length album on iTunes and embark on their first U.S./Canadian concert tour. Beyond 5 members include TJ Ryan, of Salt Lake City; Zac Love, of San Antonio, Ammon Tuimaualuga, of Corona, Calif.; Tanner Myler of Eagle, Idaho; and Patch Crowe, of Gold Coast, Australia.

The gates open at 6:30 p.m.June 6th.

Tickets for the show are only $20/adults, $15/students, and $15 for Lawn.

To purchase tickets in advance, stop by the box office at 201 McIntosh Trail, or call 770-631-0630. For the entire concert schedule at the Fred, visit
