All Saints Anglican confirms 17 members in recent ceremony

Seventeen members of All Saints Anglican Church in Peachtree City were confirmed recently by the Right Rev. Dr. Foley Beach of the Anglican Diocese of the South.

All Saints’ rector, the Rev Michael Fry, and associate priest, Fr. Ray Greiner, assisted as the following parishioners were confirmed: Dylan Gabriel Benefield; Laini Sue Benefield; Emma Delean Bryan; Danielle Nicole Deane; Phyllis Donato; Andrew Fitzpatrick Fry; William Hudson Fry; Emily Anastasia Hall; Kristina Marie Longacre;

Bobby Darrell Looney; Connor Hudson Macaluso; Nicholas David Macaluso; Dorothy Janette Murphy; Sydney Marie McQuern; Rebecca Reiff Murphy; Cameron Hayes Rothley; and Charis Hayden Williams.

Also during the ceremony, Kylee Alene Greiner reaffirmed her baptismal vows, and Bob Looney received the Sacrament of Baptism.

The ceremony involved a public reaffirmation by the candidates, or “confirmands,” of their faith and commitment to Jesus Christ after completing an extensive course.

The Bishop placed his hands on each confirmand and prayed that the Holy Spirit will forever be with them, empowering them for His service; and sustaining them all the days of his/her life.
