Divorce Care starts tonight
A new Divorce Care class for those going through, or who have recently been through, a separation or divorce will start at Providence United Methodist Church on Wednesday evening, Aug. 16 at 6:30 p.m., and will meet each Wednesday evening from 6:30 – 8 p.m. until Nov. 8. Wednesday dinners, programs resume
Wednesday dinners for the congregation resume at Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church tonight, Aug.  16, from 5:30-6:15 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. For a nominal charge diners are served a main course, organic vegetables and salad, and dessert. Immediately after dinner the middle-school ministry, Logos, and high school ministry, Living Our Faith Together, meet until 7:30 p.m. For dinner reservations call 770-487-8717. Children’s music program starts at COS
Music and The Master, the children’s music ministry at Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church, begins again Aug. 16 at 4:30 p.m. Children in grades 1-5 play handbells or chimes, learn anthems to sing in worship, and prepare a musical for the Christmas season. New Hope to host session on atheism
New Hope Baptist Church will present a free event, “I don’t have enough faith to be an atheist,” Sunday and Monday, Aug. 20 and 21, from 6:30 – 8 p.m. at the New Hope Baptist North Campus. 551 New Hope Rd., Fayetteville. The public is invited to attend.

All Saints seeking vendors for bazaar

Fayetteville Christian plans BBQ
Fayetteville Christian Church, 114 Hickory Rd., Fayetteville, will host its annual BBQ and Bake Sale Saturday, Sept. 9, from 11a.m.-2 p.m. The fund raiser is sponsored by the mission team. The annual Peachtree City GreekFest is set for Saturday, Sept. 16 from 6 p.m. until ? at the Dixie Wing Air Force Commemorative Hangar.
