Brian and Jana Gosdin of Sharpsburg announce the birth of their son, Jax Bricen Gosdin, born at 5:06 p.m. on Saturday, April 23, 2011, at Piedmont Fayette Hospital, Fayetteville. He weighed 5 pounds, 10 ounces and was 20 inches long. Paternal grandparents are Joel and Sandra Gosdin of Woolsey. Maternal grandparents are Steve and Roxy Gadzicki and Dan Schulz of Peachtree City. Great-grandmothers are Margaret Ellington of LaGrange and Shirley Freeman of Clarion, Iowa.
